There are still a few kinks to work out. For instance, you can tell it isn&#039;t totally accurrate at following the cursor around because sometimes people would click in white space and get taken to another page.

What did we learn? Unless they are watching a video, our visitors are either very fast readers or they are not finding what they are looking for because most do not spend more then two or three seconds on a page. The web has known this for many years, and we can see it in our log files. But watching it on video really drove this point home.

We need to find ways to engage our readers and increase the stickyness of the site.</description>
