Smooth Agile DMT: More Than Just Another Elliptical Trainer

This is a guest post by Fred Waters.

One elliptical trainer works the same as any other elliptical trainer. Right? Not exactly. The Smooth Agile DMT elliptical trainer is certainly more than just another elliptical trainer.

Although the premise behind all elliptical machines is basically the same, the design and motion of each model may vary from a little to a lot. These differences may affect the efficiency of workouts and how muscles are targeted. The differences found in the Agile DMT compared to other elliptical trainers are fairly significant, making it possible for users to further challenge their bodies.

What Makes The Smooth Agile DMT Different?

Some elliptical trainers are equipped with adjustable strides, but the Smooth Agile DMT is the only elliptical machine on the market with an adjustable motion feature. In fact, the Agile DMT trainer has twelve distinct motions from which to choose.

On most elliptical trainers, you can go in either one forward or one reverse motion. That’s it! You may be able to adjust the stride length a bit to make workouts more comfortable. However, the pattern of the motion remains the same.

With the Smooth Agile DMT elliptical trainer, not only can you adjust the stride to fit your needs, you can go from a typical elliptical motion to a motion that is rather similar to an eggplant in shape. As you change the shape of the motion on this machine, you are able to target more muscle groups in a variety ways. Add twenty intensity levels to the twelve levels of motion and, no matter how fit you become, you’ll find that workouts can always be challenging!

The premise of an elliptical trainer is to exercise both the upper and lower body at the same time. The problem with this, though, is that most people merely go through the motions without putting much effort into the upper body exercise. As a result, they aren’t really getting a great upper body workout on these elliptical machines. In contrast, the Smooth Agile DMT adds resistance to better work the upper body muscles.

Who Would Most Enjoy The Smooth Agile DMT Trainer?

The Smooth Agile DMT is a good, sturdy fitness machine. It can accommodate users up to 400 pounds, yet it may not be suitable for everyone. Some people simply do not like the feel of elliptical trainers, no matter how decent the machine may be.

If, however, you have used other elliptical trainers and enjoyed them, you will most likely love the Smooth Agile DMT. It doesn’t matter what your fitness goals are, either. On the Agile DMT, you can exercise to lose weight. You can engage in high-intensity, cardio workouts. You can strengthen and tone muscles in the legs, arms, chest, shoulders, and back. You can work the lower body and the upper body simultaneously and realize desired benefits in less time than on other fitness equipment.

Individuals who have problems with their knees are sure to discover that the Agile DMT produces very little impact and puts very little stress on the joints. The articulating foot pedals on this unit move with the user’s motion so that there’s also less stress and strain on the ankles.

Of course, because the Smooth Agile DMT elliptical machine is an innovative, good-quality trainer, be prepared to pay up to $3500 for it! Nevertheless, if you can afford the cost, I think you’ll find it well-worth it. I’ve found them for as little as $2,000 on Amazon.com.

You are on your own if you buy anything from smooth!
Late shipping? no problem, they think it’s ok to ship within 3 months, although they charge your credit card the next day of ordering!
Not satisfied with the product? no problem, you can return it within 30 days!
But first you have to back it in the original package the same way it was, which is like impossible
Then they will deduct 20% for restocking
Then another $150 for shipping
Then you’ll have to pay for shipping back , another $150 at least!
This is a total of $700 yo loose, who dares to return?
So it’s better to leave with all the squicking and cracking, it was your fault in the 1st place that you bough it before
