But in addition to these standard detox cycle ingredients, this last minute detox supplement by Hydroxycut adds in several probiotics to aid in the digestion of solids and antioxidents to help eleminate free radicals.

The doses are high and the ingredients are packed, which is why this is a seven-day detox cycle that should not be continued beyond the recommended time frame of one week OR used regularly.

I did the week-long detox cycle recommended on the Hydroxycut bottle and by the end of the second day I was urinating every ten minutes, my face was flush-red and I was extremely hungry and thirsty non-stop. I was basically an insatiable walking turnip with a bladder problem. Which, I guess, is just about what you would want to achieve from a detox supplement.
