After one week of taking it I felt so much better. I could remember things better; my mind felt clearer and my body felt cleaner. I'd use it for a detox product for sure, although i'm not certain it's the best thing for weight loss. Then again, if you feel better you'll be more active and if you're more active then you'll lose weight so... sure why not. Give it a try if it's free.
