When it comes to protein, milk and eggs are probably my two biggest sources. I do eat meat, but not a lot of it. Steak and chicken just take so long to eat and I’m usually too busy to cook more than a couple of times a day. I’ve been drinking Eggwhites International’s liquid egg whites for years now and never thought about it that way (RE: time-released protein). This is good stuff though. You can’t taste it and there is no noticeable texture change when you mix it with milk or a protein shake or smoothie. Plus if you run out of whole eggs for breakfast you can cook with it too.
The product is something totally new to me, and I will give it a try.
