These days it seems Life Extension Products are all the rage. Everyone wants to live forever and look good the entire time. Actually, that’s not being fair. Some people just want the second half of their life and their golden years to be enjoyable. Nobody wants to spend the last ten years of their life confined to the house, or in and out of the doctor’s office every other day.
One of the most popular life extension drugs is human growth hormone, as discussed in the video below. But is buying human growth hormone online safe? In short, NO. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is illegal to sell unless you are a doctor and are prescribing it for medical purposes. Since any HGH you purchase online is coming from someone who is already a criminal, and since that product is not able to be regulated by the FDA, the chances of getting a placebo, or worse, are pretty high.
However, there are some natural HGH-boosting supplements on the market that can increase your own body’s production of growth hormone, and many of those are much safer, natural alternatives.

Your readers need to also note that many “supplements,” including herbal ones, can interfere with medications. You shoudn’t take any kind of supplement unless you have a really good reason (a good multivitamin is probably the only exception).
You’re correct, marketers are really pushing the “life extension” angle – even though there’s no scientific proof (or proof of any kind) that these products actually work.
What to know what really does work? Good old fashioned diet and exercise. You just can’t fool Mother Nature!
