Bowflex Machine

Bowflex home gyms aren’t for everyone. Let’s get this out of the way - that dude in the commercials with ripped abs, huge meat-slab pecs and bowling-ball-sized shoulders… He didn’t get that way on a Bowflex machine.

Bowflex Revolution Home GymNow that your expectations have been lowered to a more realistic level, understand that most people are never going to look like that period, no matter what exercise machine they’re using - unless they have really good genetics, spend hours every single day of their life in the gym or use steroids (and we don’t mean the “natural testosterone booster” kind either). But for the average guy (or gal) looking to shed a few pounds of fat, gain a few pounds of muscle and generally keep himself (or herself) in good shape without wasting money on a gym membership - the Bowflex Machine is one of the best out there. I also like Hammer Strength when it comes to single-function machines, but they don’t do the Ultimate Home Gym style of equipment quite as well as Bowflex, in my humble opinion.

I’ve had my Bowflex machine for about five years now. I bought it brand new for about $1,500 I think. The local Bally’s down the street costs $45 per month. That means I would have paid $2,700 already in gym memberships!
