Christmas Gifts for Bodybuilders - Bodybuilding Gift Ideas

sexy-santa-bodybuilderFiguring out what kind of present to give to a bodybuilder isn’t difficult. Bodybuilding enthusiasts have a one-track-mind in many ways, which makes gift-giving a cinch if you know what they already have. Here are some ideas for gifts for your pumped-up loved-one:

Protein:
First and foremost on any bodybuilder’s list of must-haves is a large and diverse supply of protein - THE building block of muscle. You could go for a hefty tub of protein power which is a sure winner for anyone (we suggest two smaller tubs - one with Casein that bodybuilders take at night to get longer-lasting protein, and another with whey powder for a quick injection of highly bioavailable protein after workouts. Other good sources of protein include egg whites, protein bars (buy them a whole box and watch them jump for joy) and my favorite - protein-enhanced peanut butter.

Fitness Balls:
You can’t go wrong with the versatile fitness ball, stability ball, exercise ball, or whatever you want to call it. From stretching to crunching to warming up to having killer sex… these things help you do it all. And if your bodybuilder works in an office, what better way to get a few crunches in while the boss isn’t looking than to use an exercise ball chair!

Drinking From Water Bottles Can Turn You Into a Girl

What? Well, it won’t actually do all that, but research into the off-gassing of chemicals in plastic water bottles shows that these chemicals are linked to a decrease in testosterone due to interference with the body’s natural hormone regulation. Lower testosterone means muscle loss, erectile problems, increased fat in breast tissue… Not good.
