These are so funny - I work at a internationally renowned gym, and so many people think that these kinds of gimmicks will work! It’s a little hysterical to see their faces when I explain that it is impossible to shake the fat off of them. Last year, I was talking to a lady who said she’d actually used one of those vibrating belts women used to wrap around their hips to lose butt fat. Still, it’d be so convenient if something like this actually did work.

Haha… great list! Yes, those are all useless. Some are just wrong (dumbbell phone?). Great stuff.
