Strangest Long Tail Terms This Week

I was reading a blog entry over at Small Business SEM, which prompted me to share a few strange keyword referrals.

These are the terms people typed into search engines, which brought them to our site:

perverse porn blog links
why obese people should not get free health care
shoemoney paris hilton
difference non-automated systems
poplocking videos
how to do the michael jackson lean
how to get cheap clicks travel website
why is it called piggy back?
mouth to mouth advertising
robot dance tips
if you can’t beat’em join
proud of been a marketer
poor peoples food
bra company
sports bras simulations

I especially like the mouth to mouth advertising. And to think I’ve been spending my time trying to promote word-of-mouth, when all I had to do was start resuscitating people!

I don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun, but this ‘mouth to mouth’ can be a translation blunder. At least in Finnish (my native language) there’s no difference between that and ‘word to mouth’ (they are both ’suusta suuhun’, in case someone is interested).

I wonder how much translation blunders are directing traffic on the whole…

I’m a first time visitor. Your niche seems very interesting: Survival of the fittest sites in the world of fitness keywords, but in this case an intelligent designer can have a significant role in this process of ‘natural selection’.
