		<description>I think they do slow your page down some, and wouldn't suggest overdoing it too much. For instance, you wouldn't want a whole page of videos. One or two here and there isn't going to do much harm in today's broadband world though.</description>

Have a question for ya. Didn't seem as though it did to me, but do these sort of videos slow your page down any?</description>
