From previous emails, I know some of my readers are into yoga. I have a link for those of you in Colorado:

A friend from Peaceful Hills Yoga in Morrison, Colorado just emailed to let me know that they are offering free introductory Iyengar yoga classes to folks from Morrison, Evergreen, Conifer, Lakewood and Golden, Colorado.

Taking a free class is a good way to decide if yoga is for you without making a financial commitment. But I always shy away from free trials and passes because it’s like you’re being attacked by sales people when you use them. I have met the yoga instructor there, Diane, and can assure you she’s not the type of person to give you a hard sell.

If you don’t like your free yoga class nobody is going to pressure you to sign up.
