I had a nice chat with some of the Googlers at PubCon in Las Vegas last month, and pointed out a few areas that could be improved in the Webmaster Tools section, such as letting us know where they came from when the crawler hits a 404 error page. They had some very intelligent things to say, and I was wondering myself why more people don’t take the opportunity to chat to Googlers other than Matt Cutts.
