ROTFLMAO@ a Cincinnati Shoe Store Joke

THIS is funny. Some guy wants to sue an SEO because he feels HIS website should be ranking higher on Google than the SEO’s blog and… Oh, just read it. Truly, this is some hilarious stuff. I should go sue Nike because all of that advertising and strategic business planning they do has given them better market share than my run-down shoe store in Cincinnati.

Just kidding, I don’t have a shoe store in Cincinnati, but you get the point. Hey, what happens when this blog post starts ranking better for Cincinnati shoe store than a REAL shoe store in Cincinnati. Think they’ll sue me? Bwaaaahahahahah…. Sorry, sorry I can’t stop laughing…

Really, I am not this obnoxious. This story just hit my funny bone a little too hard this morning.

  3. So it has been two days and I am #1 on Google for Cincinnati Shoestore and #2 - #5 (depending on datacenters) for Cincinnati Shoe Store. I wonder if Payless is going to send me a nasty letter now.

Here is a link to Deano’s World, the blog that started this funny little adventure:

I should have linked to them sooner.

  4. Payless has a great affiliate program. I believe it’s something like a 20% commission.
