Wii Diet ExerciseThis is the online journal (wait, isn’t that a blog?) of a man who is on a mission to lose some major pounds by playing Wii Sports.

This is a link to the before and after photos over on Infendo.com

She is a personal trainer in Toronto who is not happy about the Wii Diet fad.

And THIS is an example of why MyBlog Log is a good way to get more readers and backlinks.

I get enough exercise playing Madden NFL for Wii. For some reason when you use both controllers and are free from cables it makes you want to move around a lot more.

I got my grandmother a Wii for her 80th birthday and she loves to play the bowling game. She has more energy now than she’s had in a decade.

The wii is awesome in getting you in shape. Anyone who doesn’t believe me should try the boxing game. If your not completely daed in your arms after 5 min, then you are fitness god! =)

PS the wii has goten even better now when the wii fit was released!
